Nourishment/Growth

Humans have had many different ways of eating throughout history. For some populations, this meant a diet heavy in meat, while others ate almost entirely plant based. The Primalized Method is about being able to evaluate and adopt what best serves us. The Primalized Method encourages a conscious way of eating that focuses on a variety of foods and minimizes our consumption of processed and refined items. The Primalized Method helps you build a healthy connection with food, helps you let go of negativity around food, and allows you to leave fad diets behind.

Play/Joy

For many people exercise is a time consuming chore that can be a major pain. The Primalized Method allows you to achieve greater results with less time, effort, and injury. The Primalized Method strengthens the mind/body connection while improving balance, coordination, and body awareness. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, improve your overall health, or increase your athletic performance, The Primalized Method will help you reach your goals.

Foundation/Tensegrity

One of our jobs as a part of PHC is to help people rediscover and connect to their healthiest self. When we stand, move and walk using The Primalized Method, our bodies become noticeably stronger and we burn 53% more calories. The way we currently move creates knots, sprains and strains resulting in low back pain, tight IT bands, neck and shoulder pain, and other body issues. Cupping, acupuncture, and massage releases knots and tension, allowing us to fully express our natural self-healing abilities.

Structure/Connection

Connecting to our body using The Primalized Method also has an effect on the mind and on our relationships. When our bodies are fully connected physically, it’s much easier to connect to healthier interpersonal relationships around us. The Primalized Method encourages healthy boundaries and improved intimacy.

Flow/Piezoelectricity

It takes energy to make energy. When we move using The Primalized Method, being fully connected, our connective tissue makes its own energy – a measurable current that drives our cells to be the healthiest they can be. And when our electric energy is increased in the body, stem cells are released, which further drive our self healing abilities.

This prolonged activation of stress without relief can lead to a condition known as distress, or survival mode. Being in survival mode will cause an imbalance of the Primalized 5 elements of life (Joy/Play, Foundation, Relationships, Spirit, and Growth) and eventually may lead to physical conditions like migraines, GI issues, elevated blood pressure, sexual dysfunction, and insomnia; and psychological problems like anxiety, depression, panic attacks, worry, and anger issues.  

Stay Healthy Through The Primalized Method

This means standing and moving on the balls of my feet with correct posture, eating a low inflammatory diet, staying active, managing my stress, participating in activities that give me purpose and bring me joy, maintaining a healthy weight, and staying connected. These are the things that will keep my immune system strong so that I can help myself and those around me.
