Welcome to Primalized Health Consultants! Here at PHC we are dedicated to helping our committed tribe members reach their full potential. Through multiple integrated modalities we are able to create a Primalized program catered to your individual needs.

Greg Shim

Greg Shim has been a Licensed Acupuncturist since 2003. He’s done extensive post graduate work in acupuncture orthopedics, taught TCM orthopedics and injection therapy at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and started doing cosmetic acupuncture in 2005. In 2010, he began exploring ideas around movement and gait, and in 2016 wrote and published, “Primal Walk”. After co-founding Primalized Health Consultants, LLC (PHC) and co-creating the Primalized Method with Beth Jauquet RD and Richard Myers LMT, CPT, Greg has been actively using the Primalized Method to better his treatments and his health.

Greg’s passions include (but are not limited to) his family, cooking, fermenting, woodworking, lutherie, gardening, musical instruments, drawing, learning, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Primalized Method. He uses his passions and ever expanding skill sets in helping PHC’s clients achieve their optimal health.

Beth Jauquet

Beth Jauquet has been a Registered Dietitian since 2004. She specializes in helping her clients develop a healthy relationship with food and achieve a balanced life. This philosophy of balance is found throughout The Primalized Method and The Ate Thousand diet, which Beth co-created with business partners Greg Shim and Richard Myers. In addition to being a Registered Dietitian, Beth has a background in athletics and exercise physiology which gives her a great appreciation for the potential of the human body. Today, Beth uses her education and experience, as well as a Traditional Chinese Medicine 5 Elements model to help her clients achieve optimal health and freedom from chronic issues

In addition to The Primalized Method, Beth finds joy in riding horses, running, practicing yoga, cooking, dancing, and connecting with family and friends. She is a seeker of knowledge and positive energy, which is present in all aspects of her life including her counseling.

Richard Myers

Richard Myers has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010 and is also a certified personal trainer. He specializes in assisting his clients with reaching their health and fitness goals through The Primalized® Method which he co-created. He uses his knowledge and understanding of body mechanics to instruct clients in the use of structural integrity to strengthen the mind and body in their inherent connection.

He has been using and developing the ideas of structural integrity since 2012 to create a form of exercise that is concise, quick, and complete. His eagerness for deeper understanding in movement and massage makes for thorough work with a greatly reduced chance of injury. He applies that love of learning to his family, his work life, gaming, and the Primalized® Method.
