1 slice whole wheat bread by Food For Life – 0g added sugar

Bread, even whole wheat bread is an unexpected place to find added sugar. However, many brands have up to 5g per slice! Food For Life is one of the few brands that has 0g. https://www.foodforlife.com

Peanut butter – 0g

1 hard boiled egg – 0g

1 banana – 0g

 

Veggie scramble – 0g

Smoothie – 1g

 

Edamame – 0g

Spring rolls – 0g

Peanut sauce – 6g

Sauces are a huge source of added sugar. This is about the lowest I’ve found for a premade peanut sauce. 

 

Cherries – 0g
